We add a small convenience fee to each customer order (similar to delivery apps, but much smaller). This fee covers all our costs, so restaurants never pay monthly fees, setup fees, or per-call charges. You get enterprise-grade AI phone ordering at zero cost to your business.
What's the convenience fee customers see?
A small fee (typically $1-2 on a $30 order) added at checkout. Much less than DoorDash (30%) or Uber Eats (15-30%). Customers prefer it because they get faster service and save money compared to delivery apps, while you keep 100% of your menu prices.
Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime?
Yes, instantly. No contracts, no penalties. Change your plan anytime from your dashboard. If you upgrade mid-month, you only pay the prorated difference.
What happens if I exceed 100 calls on Starter?
Calls still go through — you'll see an upgrade prompt in your dashboard. We never drop a call or interrupt service. You can upgrade instantly or continue with per-call billing.
Do you charge processing fees?
The convenience fee covers all processing costs. There are no hidden fees, setup charges, or additional transaction costs to your restaurant. What you see is what you pay (which is $0 for restaurants).
Why are you so much cheaper than competitors?
Simple: they charge the restaurant hefty monthly fees. We charge a tiny fee to the customer, like delivery apps do. But our fee is 10x smaller than DoorDash's markup, so customers save money and you pay nothing.
