1. Service Description

OrderHeroAI provides AI-powered phone ordering, SMS communication, and payment processing services for restaurants and businesses ("Business Customers") and their end consumers ("End Users"). Our service is operated by Divine Ascension Management, LLC.

2. SMS Terms & Consent

By placing a phone order through a OrderHeroAI-powered business, you consent to receive the following SMS messages to the phone number used to place the order:

• Order confirmations and details
• Secure payment links
• Payment receipts
• Order status updates

Promotional and marketing messages require separate opt-in and will not be sent without your explicit consent.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all messages. Reply HELP for support information. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Message Frequency: Varies based on ordering activity. Typically 2-4 messages per order.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier.

Carriers Supported: Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

3. For Business Customers

By using OrderHeroAI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate menu and business information
• Fulfill orders placed through our system
• Comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations
• Not use our SMS capabilities for spam or unauthorized marketing
• Pay applicable subscription and processing fees as agreed

4. Payments

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By making a payment through our system, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant. We never store or have access to full credit card numbers.

A convenience fee may apply to certain payment methods as disclosed at the time of payment.

5. AI Disclosure

Our phone ordering system uses artificial intelligence to take orders and communicate. Calls are handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded for quality assurance. This is disclosed at the beginning of each call.

6. Limitation of Liability

OrderHeroAI facilitates ordering and payment between businesses and consumers. We are not responsible for food quality, order accuracy after transmission to the business, delivery, or any issues arising from the business's products or services.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days notice to business customers. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
