OrderHeroAI ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered phone ordering and text communication platform operated by Divine Ascension Management, LLC. We provide AI phone answering, order processing, SMS notifications, and payment processing services for restaurants and other businesses.

2. Information We Collect

From Business Owners (our customers): Name, email, phone number, business name and address, menu information, payment/billing details via Stripe.

From End Consumers (your customers): Phone number (via caller ID), name (provided during call), order history, payment method tokens (stored securely by Stripe — we never see full card numbers), SMS conversation history, voice call recordings (retained 90 days).

3. How We Use Information

  • Process and fulfill phone orders
  • Send order confirmations, payment links, and receipts via SMS
  • Enable repeat ordering and saved preferences
  • Send promotional messages (only with explicit opt-in consent)
  • Improve our AI ordering system
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

4. SMS Messaging

By placing a phone order through our system, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages including order confirmations, payment links, and receipts. Marketing messages require separate explicit opt-in.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on order activity.

5. Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store, process, or transmit raw credit card numbers. We store only tokenized payment method references for repeat ordering convenience.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • The business you ordered from (order details, contact info)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Twilio (phone calls and SMS delivery)
  • Square/Toast (POS integration, as configured by the business)

7. Your Rights (CCPA)

California residents and all users have the right to:

  • Know what data we collect — text MYDATA to your ordering number
  • Delete your data — text DELETE or email privacy@orderheroai.com
  • Opt-out of marketing — reply STOP
  • Non-discrimination — same service regardless of privacy choices

8. Data Retention

Call recordings: 90 days. Order history: 7 years (tax compliance). SMS history: duration of business relationship. Account data: until deletion requested.
